Order Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. However, a cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been communicated to our fulfillment team or courier partners, or if the product has been dispatched and is out for delivery. In such a case, you may choose to reject the delivery at your doorstep.
Cancellation for Perishable Items
D Kalash (OPC) Private Limited does not accept cancellation requests for perishable goods such as pickles, spices, homemade foods, or other consumables. However, a refund or replacement may be considered if you establish that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory or the item is defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or expired, please report the issue to our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will coordinate with the concerned fulfillment partner to assess the complaint. Once verified, an appropriate replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Product Not as Described
If you believe that the product you received is not as displayed on our website or does not meet your expectations, please notify our customer service within 48 hours of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, our team will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement or refund.
Warranty-Related Products
For products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, you must contact the respective manufacturer directly. Our Platform serves only as a facilitator and cannot process such claims on behalf of the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved by D Kalash (OPC) Private Limited, it will be initiated within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. The exact time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
