This Platform (domain: anuraga.co.in) is owned and operated by D Kalash (OPC) Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act. Registered office: D Kalash (OPC) Private Limited, 314, Manito Commanders Marvel, Duo Marvel Layout, Yalahanka, Bangalore 560064. (Hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", or "our".)

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, and sets out the rules, regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access to and usage of the Website, related mobile site and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Platform and the Services (including goods and services offered through the Platform). By accessing, browsing or otherwise using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

By using the Platform you enter into a legally binding contract with D Kalash (OPC) Private Limited. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by you are expressly rejected. These Terms may be amended by us at any time; it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

Neither D Kalash (OPC) Private Limited nor any third party warrants the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, suitability or performance of the information on the Platform. Information may contain errors and we expressly exclude liability for such inaccuracies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to pay all applicable charges for the Services. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment providers; the Platform does not store your card details.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless D Kalash (OPC) Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, our Policies, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, D Kalash (OPC) Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages (including loss of profits or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim, or INR 100 (one hundred rupees), whichever is lower.

Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, war, civil unrest, epidemics, governmental actions, or network outages.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of India. The courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms.
