Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility Window
We offer returns, exchanges or refunds within 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed, the item will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Conditions for Return / Exchange
To be eligible, all of the following must be true:
The purchased item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, with tags and any supplied accessories.
If the item was purchased on sale or as a clearance item, it may not be eligible for return or exchange (this will be indicated on the product page).
Only items found to be defective or damaged (after inspection) will be eligible for replacement under an exchange request.
How to Request a Return / Exchange
Email our support within 7 days of receipt with the following details:

- 4Photographs showing the item and packaging (if damaged or defective)
Items Exempted from Returns
Certain categories of products are exempt from returns and refunds. Examples may include perishable goods, hygiene products, and items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page. Any such exemptions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Inspection & Approval
For accepted return/exchange requests, you will be given instructions for returning the product. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. We will notify you by email upon receipt and after completion of the inspection.
If the returned item passes our quality check and meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the approved action (refund or exchange) in accordance with this policy.
Processing Time
After approval, exchanges will be processed and dispatched as per stock availability. For refunds, once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days and will be credited to the original payment method. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on the payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), return shipping charges may apply and will be communicated when your return request is processed. If we approve the return due to a defect or damage, we will cover the return shipping cost as per our instructions.
