All orders are delivered through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post) only. We partner with trusted delivery providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

Orders are usually delivered within 2 to 5 business days from the date of order confirmation and/or payment, unless otherwise specified during checkout. In cases where delivery dates are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation, shipments will follow those timelines, subject to courier company or postal service norms.

All orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by you at the time of purchase. Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details entered are accurate and complete. Any incorrect information may result in delays or failed deliveries.

Confirmation of shipment and tracking details will be sent to your registered email ID upon dispatch. You can use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment status.

D Kalash (OPC) Private Limited shall not be held responsible for any delays in delivery caused by courier companies, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or natural calamities. Delivery timelines are subject to the operational capabilities of the courier or postal service.

Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. Free shipping may be offered for certain products or during promotional periods, at the discretion of the Platform Owner.

Delivery of services or digital confirmations (where applicable) will be communicated via the registered email ID provided during registration. In case of physical products, delivery will be deemed complete once the product reaches the address provided at checkout.
